Welcome to The Floro Group

About the Floro Group

I began my real estate venture with Kentucky’s largest home builder, Ball Homes 17 years ago. After 13 years of a successful new construction career, I felt it was time to sharpen my skills in the resale market. The Floro Group was inaugurated in 2015 at Keller Williams Commonwealth. Our new journey came with its own set of challenges and opportunities. Learning how to navigate and become proficient with the vast array of software systems available, propelled us to learn and adapt quickly. Like I say, “There nothin’ like OJT, On the Job Training!”

Over the past 10 years the real estate market has drastically changed. We here at the Floro Group, are committed to adapt and change with it. Technology, especially social media has had an enormous impact on how we buy and sell homes. We continually strive to find better and more efficient ways to meet our client’s needs and wants in this ever-evolving climate.

In our inception we claimed our motto “White glove service with red carpet treatment!”, (Red Carpet literally included after all celebrated closings.) This is the backbone for our client’s retention, return and more importantly their referrals of family and friends. Our commitment to our community and our clients has allowed our close-knit sphere to grow and FLOurish. Our goal is to not only have satisfied clients but happy ones. The Floro Group would like to be your “Realtor for Life”.

Being a native of Lexington, I have a far and wide reach here in the Bluegrass. So, feel free to call anytime, day or night. We will be happy to assist you, whether its real estate related or not.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by and explore our website and for getting to know and learn about us. We look forward to hearing from you!

Meet The Team

Rosemary DeCenzo

REALTOR®

Service, Not Sales!!! I’ve had many conversations with people over the years that say, “Hey, you’d make a great salesperson!!” I have always immediately responded with a resounding NO WAY!! I figured out why… I don’t like “Selling”! I love Service however!! One of my first jobs was in the Hyatt Regency in Coral Gables, FL. From bartending to hosting to eventually the front office. Every job I’ve had since has been in service, specifically tending to the needs of people around me and making sure they’re taken care of. I have been called a “Jane of all Trades” for the variety of jobs I’ve had, but the common theme with all was serving people! Even as a stay-at-home mom for 15 years, I loved serving! I loved doing for my family, anticipating their needs and generally trying to make their lives better. I served and volunteered my children’s entire school career and still do! So, now the kids are almost grown and I’m entering a new season of my life, so I was naturally drawn to this field!

I have worked as a Transaction Coordinator and Assistant for many agents over the past 4 years. The last two years, with a prominent developer here in Central Kentucky, acting not only as the Transaction Coordinator for the new construction, but I listed and sold new homes, older homes and ran the selections process with home buyers and their agents. I have gained so much respect and admiration for not only the agents I’ve worked under, but all the agents I’ve come in contact with since. I am always saying, “I love my agents!”. I am now able to work alongside these incredible people as a peer, and I couldn’t be happier! I can’t wait to serve you and be a part of the wonderful and exciting journey of all thing’s real estate!

I am hanging my hat with The Floro Group at Keller Williams Commonwealth, one of Lexington’s premier real estate groups, with 19 years’ experience and a stellar track record! Our motto is “White Glove Service with Red Carpet treatment!” I would love to earn your business and build a lifelong relationship!

Tracy Beall

As a seasoned photographer, Tracy recognizes that the ability to showcase a home’s charm though images can conjure not only an optical appeal but an emotional response in viewers. In today’s world, the initial connection to a space materialized over the internet, forcing the attention on visual aesthetics. As a critical ally to real estate professionals, Tracy embraces the comradery and the integral role she plays to assist agents with their marketing goals.
